Help and delivery

Ordering, Delivery and Packaging

Here at Aqua Lingerie, we employ a discreet and very efficient delivery service, which ensures that every packaged is received by yourself in the best possible condition, and in a discreet manner. All packaging is kept plain and our parcels are free from our company name, and any distinguishing logos or slogans. To ensure that you don't open your parcel in a situation you'd rather avoid, but also for added security and assurance, all parcels are now marked with a return address beginning with our street name, and a postcode (this can be found on the website). Our company name is no longer on the parcel, and only appears inside the package. The address is available on the outside of the packaging so that you know the parcel has originated with us.

Once your item has been made we aim to dispatch your order the same day, so you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-2 days once you have received email confirmation that your package has been sent. During busy times it may take slightly longer to deliver to you due to the high volume of orders, but we will keep you informed at every stage of your order. Please note this is the delivery time for your item, and is only reflective of dispatch times once your order has been manufactured. Manufacture times for your items are on top of this and can take several weeks.

Corsetry on average takes six weeks to produce at normal times. This may vary slightly at very busy times, so we recommend that purchases at peak seasons such as Christmas and Valentines are made early to ensure rapid delivery. Currently we hold limited stock of each of our bestsellers, so if an item is needed urgently then please email us and we can advise whether we have the correct size in stock for immediate dispatch.

Post and Packaging Charges

All postage and packaging charges are paid for by ourselves, so postage to anywhere in the world is always free, no matter how big or small the order.

Ordering from our website is very simple and extremely safe, with encrypted onsite payment available for all orders, within the UK and worldwide. However, if you'd rather order by other means, then please do so. Alternative payment methods include cheque and postal order payments, which we are happy to accept.
