Information Provision

In order to make a purchase with us, you need to provide your full name, address, postcode, email address and phone number. Depending on the payment method chosen you may also need to provide your credit/debit card details. You agree to provide accurate, true and complete details each and every time you register or place an order with us.

Colours of items may vary slighty from those in the photos, which we are not held responsible for. If you would like to check the specifics of an item before ordering then please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Availability of Stock

We aim to source all items from our suppliers as quickly as possible for speedy dispatch. However, if an item is unavailable for whatever reason we will contact you to discuss expected times in which we will expect to receive stock of the product, and arrange estimated delivery dates to you.

Pricing

Prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but the final price will be worked out in pounds sterling and based upon the current exchange rate, and may fluctuate due to a change in exchange rates. Prices quoted throughout the website include any VAT incurred as a result of your order, but are exclusive of any postal charges. Due to increase material prices, we reserve the right to alter any prices quoted on the site without prior notice, but this will not affect any orders already placed..   

Security

All orders placed through the website are fully encrypted for your security and privacy. If you would like to place an order by other methods then please contact us for alternative payment arrangements. Any personal information and order history is protected and secure, and is further protected by a combination of your username and password in order to log into your account. If you forget your password, then click on the 'forgot password' button and you will be issued with a temporary password.

Payment  

Payment can be made in the following ways:

Via our fully encrypted credit card payment gateway. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and payment is fully secure at all times.
If payment cannot be made this way then please contact us so that we can offer alternative payment solutions.

Delivery

All items are made to order and can take up to six weeks to be made. If an item is needed for a certain date or in a hurry then please contact us, and we will find out if it is possible to produce the item for the date needed. Delivery of the item may take up to three working days, which is on top of any production times, which are stated above.

Cancellation, Return and Refund of Orders

As all items are made to order, refunds and exchanges, or cancellations of orders are not permitted for any reason. Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot permit refunds of any kind, and all sales are final. If an order needs amending then contact us at the soonest opportunity. Once items have gone into production, amendments to orders cannot take place for any reason, and refunds will not be given for any items already ordered. Please choose sizes carefully, and if in any doubt then contact us and we will be happy to help you choose the correct size. Items are not available on approval. All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for whatever reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us (at the address provided on the website and on your order confirmation form inside your package) within seven days, we will replace it with a like for like item at no extra cost to you. Please ensure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and addres, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact us before any return is made. For international returns, all packages need to be marked as 'returned goods' to prevent custom charges. If a package is not marked as such then we will refuse to accept the package. Please note that for customers outside of the UK, your country may impose custom charges, which we are not responsible for.
